Properties 

  • Insoluble in water
  • Easily soluble in hydrochloric and nitric acids
  • Slightly soluble in citric and acetic acids.

  • Keep the product fresh.
  • Avoid clumping in powdered products like ground pepper, seasoning powder, and so on.
  • Increase nutritional value by adding calcium.
